TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — This winter, Bodega is elevating weekend grocery shopping with a unique Bovine & Swine Pop-Up Butcher experience.
Held Fridays from 3 to 6 p.m. throughout winter, the weekly event features a delectable selection of specialty and signature sausages from Bovine & Swine, as well as hormone- and antibiotic-free hand-cut steaks sourced directly from Idaho-based Folsom Farm.
The weekly pop-up culinary shopping experience is the result of the partnership between Bovine & Swine and family-owned and operated Folsom Farm. The local farm provides a whole cow to the team at Bovine & Swine, who expertly break it down to create an assortment of high-quality, hand-cut steaks. The remaining cuts are ground to use in a selection of Bovine & Swine sausages, hot dogs and snack sticks and also make their way onto the menus of various Fine Dining Restaurant Group restaurants.Â
The selection of steaks available at the Pop-Up Butcher varies each week, as does the selection of sausages. In addition to the butcher selections, the weekly offerings are paired with a selection of wine selected by FDRG’s VP of Beverage, Neil Loomis. Taste the selection of wines while perusing the butcher and Bodega shop, then pick up a bottle to enjoy at home with new grocery goodies.Â
Mark those calendars for Bodega’s Pop-Up Butcher, every Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. in Teton Village.
