ALTA, Wyo. — Winter is over, spring is in the air and summer will be here before you know it. Grand Targhee Resort has announced that their summer Bike Park Season Passes are now on sale!
Grand Targhee may be best known for world-class powder skiing but there is more than one way to shred Fred’s Mountain; introducing downhill mountain biking. This summer, take advantage of chairlifts and ride up before riping down one of the trails in Targhee’s Bike Park.
Grand Targhee Mountain Bike Park delivers over 2,200 vertical feet and 17 miles of lift-serviced downhill trails.
You’ll find a wide variety of trails that fit any type of rider, from beginner to expert. Nice Marmot, our newest intermediate downhill trail from the summit, offers two miles of machine-built trail perfect for rider progression.
Trails like Blondie, Rock Garden, and Sticks and Stones will get even the best rider’s heart pumping. If you are new to the sport don’t worry. The Shoshone lift is the perfect place to get comfortable downhill biking with flowing, user-friendly trails like Otter Slide, and Chutes and Ladders. We can’t wait to see you at the Targhee Bike Park this summer!
