Linda Aurelio has an impressive resume and an incredible track record as an entrepreneur and hospital administrator but it is her personal connection and longstanding dedication to St. John’s Medical Center that make her the best choice to become St. John’s newest Hospital District Trustee.
Aurelio is committed to maintaining excellence at St. John’s and is already a loyal advocate for Teton County’s beloved community hospital. For the past four years, Aurelio served on St. John’s Hospital Foundation board, working the last two years as the Board’s vice chair.
Today, Aurelio is co-chair of the task force in charge of building the new Sage Living nursing home at St. John’s —a $41M project, and also serves as an advisor to St. John’s Medical Center Board of Trustees. Her current BOT experience and strong working relationships with all SJMC board members will allow her to add value and vision to the Trustee position immediately once elected.
You can find Aurelio at St. John’s each week as she pops in to visit her mother, a current Living Center resident. She will bring personal insight and a passion for quality care to the board as she works to secure the highest quality experience for all patients of our community hospital.
Aurelio’s vision for St. John’s Medical Center includes:
- Continuing the current emphasis on improving service and operational quality
- Expanding services to address a broader range of our community’s demographics and conditions; and,
- Working aggressively to contain costs while maintaining quality in the face of decreasing reimbursements, rising medical costs, and independent service providers
Aurelio brings 30 years of hospital experience to her candidacy. She earned a Masters of Hospital Administration (MHA) from George Washington University and became department chief at George Washington University teaching residents and physicians. Aurelio even established early research programs for AIDS, CVS and prostate cancer.
After George Washington, Linda spent 17 years as founder and CEO of Sonographic Services Inc., a successful medical contract services company, where she assisted clients at major hospitals and physician offices nationwide.
Linda Aurelio’s extensive health care management experience and hospital leadership make her an accomplished choice for the St. John’s Hospital District Board of Trustees. Her role as daughter to a current Living Center resident and as passionate patient advocate make her the best choice for the challenges ahead.
On November 6, vote Linda Aurelio for St. John’s Hospital District Board of Trustees.
