AMBER Alert issued for Shelly, ID child

UPDATE 1:10 p.m.: The victim has been located, is safe, and is no longer of interest to Bingham County Sheriffs Office. The suspect is wanted for questioning by the Bingham CSO. The vehicle has been abandoned and the suspect may be traveling in a different vehicle, Silver Audi.

SHELLY, Ida. — An AMBER Alert has been issued for 10-year-old Gage Joslin, last seen at 913 E 1230 N in Shelley, Idaho.

Joslin was taken by his non-custodial parent and is “believed to be in imminent danger,” according to the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office. He was last seen wearing black pants and a red shirt with a yellow logo.

The suspect, 32-year-old Chelsi Urias, is driving a white Ford Explorer, license plate 8BMG610. They are believed to be traveling to the Idaho Falls area.

Urias has short hair that is possibly died blue and multiple tattoos.
