JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson Hole Airport will be conducting emergency training Tuesday, April 25, Wednesday, April 26 and Thursday, April 27, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Flames, ambulances and a mock incident may be visible from nearby homes or roadways. The JH Airport wants the public to know this is just a drill.

The Federal Aviation Administration regulations require airports to conduct a full-scale exercise every three years to rehearse with all entities that would be involved in an actual emergency. The purpose of the exercise is to evaluate the preparedness and capabilities of the airport, its tenants and local response agencies.
