BONDURANT, Wyo. — Residents, visitors and tourists are invited to the 80th Annual Bondurant Barbeque at the Bondurant Church Grounds on Sunday, June 26, 2022.

The first annual community barbecue was held on Aug. 3, 1941, to celebrate the completion of the St. Hubert the Hunter Church. Since then, the event has been held every summer – always on the last Sunday in June.

Bondurant Barbeque cooks two full beef in a brick-lined BBQ pit for up to 20 hours, the Wild West way! All the side dishes and desserts are homemade. Come enjoy a relaxing day of wonderful food, fine music, and fun activities for the kids! There are plenty of shaded areas, but bring your own lawn chairs for seating.

Prior to the barbecue, there will be a church service held at St. Hubert the Hunter Church at 11 a.m.  Lunch will then begin at 12:30 p.m. Individuals can get their tickets as they arrive. Cost of attendance is $10 for adults and $5 for kids, 12 and under.

The 80th Annual BBQ is a good opportunity to invite family and friends to visit the beautiful Bondurant and experience a traditional whole-cow barbeque. Good times will be had by all!!
