VICTOR, Idaho — On Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 11:30 a.m., two residential search warrants were simultaneously executed and resulted in the arrest of two Teton County, Idaho, residents: Jacob Alan Mitchell and Blaine Creigh Baldwin.

“Teton County Sheriff’s Deputies ultimately located a large amount of controlled substances, paraphernalia, firearms, U.S. currency, and digital evidence from both residences,” a press release from the Teton County (Idaho) Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) stated.

Deputies from TCSO were dispatched to the homes at the same time in an effort to preserve evidence.

Mitchell and Baldwin were each arrested with charges of felony drug trafficking of marijuana, felony possession of controlled substances with the intent to deliver, felony possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to deliver and felony possession of a controlled substance.

The investigation is currently ongoing. TCSO included a reminder in the release that all parties are innocent until proven guilty.
