JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Grand Teton National Park will host early-morning ranger-led sage grouse strut programs for three weekends—on Saturday and Sunday, April 14-15, 21-22, 28-29. Participants will be able to observe birds as they perform their annual courtship dance, a unique springtime ritual.

The programs are free, but reservations are required by contacting the park at 307-739-3399. The programs begin at the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center at 5:30am. Participants are encouraged to carpool to the viewing site.

The program is supported by Grand Teton Association, a park partner that assists with public understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of the park and surrounding public lands through interpretive, educational and research programs.
