Walton Levee scheduled to temporarily close Tuesday

JACKSON, Wyo. — Due to routine maintenance The Walton Levee will close to the public for one week beginning Tuesday, April 20 through Tuesday, May 4, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The parking lot at Emily Steven’s Park and access to the pathway and the bridge will remain open on the weekends.

Teton County Road and Levee will be hauling the levee rip-rap rock— the human place rocky material along the shoreline—to the county stockpile facility.
