VICTOR, Idaho — Fredy Munoz-Morales (AKA Fredi Munoz-Morales), a 35-year-old Victor resident, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine and Deported Alien Found in the U.S.
On April 23, Munoz-Morales was taken into custody and six and a half pounds of methamphetamine were seized from his residence on Wapiti Drive.
According to the May 23 felony indictment, penalties for Possession with Intent to Distribute include “from 10 years to life imprisonment and/or $10,000,000 fine, at least five years supervised release, $100 special assessment.” Penalties for Deported Alien Found include “maximum of 20 years imprisonment and/or $250,000 fine, three years supervised release, $100 special assessment.”
Munoz-Morales is currently in Teton County custody at the Jefferson County Jail in Idaho until release into federal custody.
