VICTOR, Idaho — The Teton County (Idaho) Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) has identified the female homicide victim connected with the Amber Alert situation currently unfolding in Victor after confirming next of kin had been notified.
Kali Jean Randall, 38, was found deceased at 4600 Skyline Loop after TCSO received a 911 call from the residence at 11:39 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30. Deputies arrived at the residence and found Randall non-responsive. Her death is being investigated by TCSO and Idaho State Police as a homicide, TCSO said.
TCSO is currently seeking Jeremy Albert Best in connection with the homicide. An Amber Alert has been activated in an attempt to locate 10-month-old Zeke Gregory Best, Randall’s son. Best is believed to be driving a Black 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV with Idaho Plates 1T39349.

According to TCSO, his direction of travel is unknown. The suspect is “known to have connections in Alpine and Jackson Hole.”
Best is believed to be armed and very dangerous. Members of the public who have information on the whereabouts of the suspect, vehicle or the endangered child should call 208-354-2323 or 911 immediately. It is advised to not approach or attempt to confront the suspect.
