VICTOR, Idaho — The City of Victor is asking residents to weigh in as it negotiates a new long-term wastewater agreement with neighboring town Driggs.

The city launched a short online poll, which asks participants to rank what matters most to them in the future of wastewater service. Categories include affordable and predictable rates, clean water protection, capacity for future growth, financial transparency and how much say the town of Victor has in major decisions about the system.

“Before we make decisions that will affect our community for decades, we want to better understand what our residents and ratepayers value most,” said Victor Mayor Sue Muncaster in a press release. “Their priorities should help inform our conversations with Driggs.”

According to the press release, the poll is informal and not a scientific survey nor a binding vote. Results will help the Victor City Council understand community priorities.

The poll is open through Oct. 31, and residents can take it here.
