Valentine’s Day take-home dinner supports St. John’s Auxiliary

JACKSON, Wyo. – The St. John’s Health Auxiliary will host a Valentine’s dinner fundraiser on February 12. The “sweet deal for two” includes a take-and-bake dinner from Genevieve Catering, a bottle of wine, and chocolate-covered strawberries.

As ambassadors for the hospital, the Auxiliary provides important financial support and service to St. John’s Health and St. John’s Living Center. Proceeds from the event will go to St. John’s Auxiliary’s pledge to support the purchase of a new nuclear medicine/CT scanner used to image various organs, including the heart!

Prix fixe dinner for two ($150) includes:

  • Grilled Pear Arugula Salad with Pomegranate Seeds, Manchego and Maple Sherry Vinaigrette
  • Choice of Beef Bourguignon (Bacon Lardon, Pearl Onion, Wild Mushrooms) or Winter Root Vegetable and Walnut Manicotti
  • Bottle of Red or White Wine
  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries
