JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Teton County School District will hold a ceremony honoring those seniors who have committed to University of Wyoming this fall.
On Thursday, May 2, UW President Laurie Nichols and representatives from the university will be at Jackson Hole High School to celebrate district students who have committed to attending UW starting the fall of 2019. The program will occur in the JHHS auditorium from 2-3pm.
After brief remarks, students will be invited to the stage where they will sign an official commitment document indicating their intent to become a Wyoming Cowboy or Cowgirl.
TCSD officials say they are excited to join President Nichols and the university in recognizing the hard work and dedication students have exhibited during their time in the school district, and to celebrate these outstanding students as they start on their post secondary path.
