If so, The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole’s upcoming workshop “Boardsmanship: Leading Nonprofits as a Team” is designed for you.

Session leader Sue Belish will guide participants in an exploration of common board routines, board dynamics and practices that boost organizational effectiveness. You will learn concepts and strategies focused on:

  • Leading as a team sport
  • Assessing stages of team development
  • Defining team success
  • Identifying your leadership team model
