JACKSON, Wyo. — On Friday, May 10, Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited (TU) will host the 10th Annual Tie One On Banquet to benefit local coldwater fisheries at Snow King Resort.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m. Remaining tickets are currently available at the banquet website.
This year’s banquet will include an evening of good company with dinner and drinks, exciting auctions and raffle prizes, and live music performed by Aaron Davis and the Mystery Machine. The event will also recognize the Wyoming Game & Fish Department as Partner of the Year and Bruce Wolf as the Spencer Morton Volunteer of the Year.
Over the past decade, proceeds from the annual banquet have accelerated the growth of the Snake River Headwaters Initiative, contributing to more than $9.2 million invested in local conservation projects. This year, there are planned projects on the Blackrock Creek and Lava Creek, two tributaries to the Buffalo Fork, and on North Fork Tincup Creek, a tributary to the Salt River. An additional ten projects are in the planning phase.
Proceeds have also supported TU’s work to secure flows from Jackson Lake Dam and increase watershed coordination through the Snake River Headwaters Watershed Group. The event will share upcoming projects and initiatives from TU staff and partners.
“We look forward to bringing our fishing community together for this annual fundraiser that invests in the future of our world class watershed and Cutthroat Trout population,” Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited President Kathleen Belk Doffermyre said. “Every dollar raised goes towards protecting, reconnecting and restoring our fisheries in the Upper Snake River.”
Come to the 10th annual event for a chance to bid on live and silent auction items, including: three days chasing bonefish in the Bahamas at Abaco Lodge; a day on the water with professional photographer Ken Takata; three night stay at the iconic Flat Creek Ranch; an overnight guided fishing trip on the South Fork with WorldCast Anglers; guided floats on iconic fisheries like the Green, South Fork, Wind, Madison and more; hand-tied flies and quality fishing gear; a privately catered dinner with Chef Eric Wilson; lodging at local hotels and ranches; a bamboo fly rod and more!

A limited quantity of tickets (100) will be sold and the winner will be drawn at the banquet. Raffle participants do not need to be present to win, but local pick-up of the bike is required.
