JACKSON, Wyo. — A new bus service is available to Jackson Hole community members this week.

Trailways has announced daily departures to and from Jackson as part of its city-to-city service expansion in the Western U.S. Starting this week, travelers can travel by bus from Jackson to cities including Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Seattle and more.

Coinciding with the service expansion is the launch of Trailways’ digital sales platform, which will also promote options across Utah, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Washington and Wyoming through a new partnership with Salt Lake Express buses. The company also partners with Amtrak, Greyhound and Megabus for those traveling beyond the Western U.S.

According to a press release from the company, Trailways operates 450 daily trips to more than 900 destinations in the U.S. and Canada.

One-way service from downtown Jackson to downtown Salt Lake City, for example, will cost around $90. Pickup and dropoff will take place at 105 Buffalo Way, just outside Albertsons.
