JACKSON, Wyo. — On Sunday, May 26, multi-platinum country star Trace Adkins, will headline The Cowboy Bar’s Fifth Annual Million Dollar Music Fest in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole on The Wyoming Whiskey Stage on Town Square.

In his 28-year career, the larger-than-life Adkins has sold more than 11 million albums, charted over 20 singles, earned numerous awards and GRAMMY nominations and garnered over two billion global streams. A Grand Ole Opry member for two decades, the Louisiana native is known for fusing a booming baritone and commanding stage presence with sounds from all across the country spectrum.

The event will also feature vocal powerhouse and Grand Ole Opry member Lauren Alaina, and break-out talent Walker Montgomery.

Alaina will make her triumphant return to Jackson after headlining the sold-out 2nd Annual Cowgirls at The Cowboy last Fall. First coming to national attention on American Idol, Alaina has scored three #1 singles, including the platinum-certified “Road Less Traveled,” the 7x platinum “What Ifs” with Kane Brown and the 2x platinum “One Beer” with HARDY and Devin Dawson. She has toured with the likes of Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, Jason Aldean and Cole Swindell, and in early 2024, performed six shows in Europe, including London’s famed C2C Festival.

Montgomery will kick off this year’s Million Dollar Music Fest. Chosen as Country Evolution’s Artist to Watch in 2024, Montgomery is a singer/songwriter who knows a thing or two about family tradition. As the 24-year-old son of 90s hit-maker, John Michael Montgomery, and nephew of Montgomery Gentry’s Eddie Montgomery, he lives up to his heritage, and then some. With recent releases like “Never Again One More Time,” “She Don’t Know,” “Bad Day to Be a Beer” and the self-penned “Simple Town,” the honey-bourbon vocalist has surpassed 57+ million global streams. In December 2023, he made his Grand Ole Opry debut, and after making his Jackson Hole debut, he will hit the road with Cowboy Bar favorites including Jon Pardi, Jo Dee Messina and Tracy Lawrence.

The Music Fest will, once again, be presented by The Cowboy Bar. It continues its mission to kick-off the summer season by attracting thousands to Town Square to celebrate Jackson’s western heritage, and cowboy culture in grand Wyoming style. Gates will open at 4 p.m. for this rain-or-shine concert event. Cowboy Bar darling, Ashley Wineland will perform the after-party inside The Cowboy Bar, beginning at 10 p.m.

While the show is free and open to the public, a limited number of VIP tickets, which will include prime viewing with a dedicated bar, will be available for purchase beginning May 1.
