JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson will host an open house for community members to learn more plans for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 budget at Town Hall on Tuesday, June 3, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
“Everyone is invited to stop by to learn about, discuss and ask questions related to how the Town is funded and what the recommended budget will provide and support,” Town staff wrote in a report.
According to the Town, Mayor Arne Jorgensen, Councilor Devon Viehman and Town Manager Tyler Sinclair will be available to answer questions, gather input and share perspectives.
The Town’s FY26 runs from July 1 to June 30. With the budgeting process nearing its end, the FY 2026 budget must be finalized through a Town Council vote by the end of June.
The Town’s recommended FY26 budget priorities include investments in staff, community safety, snow removal, health and human service programs, the Gregory Lane rebuild, clean water, a reserve account and the maintenance of water and sewer systems.
