JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson will host a public meeting this Wednesday, Aug. 23, about the Teton County/Jackson Recreation Center’s renovation project.
Mayor Hailey Morton Levinson, Councilmember Jonathan Schechter and Parks & Rec Director Steve Ashworth will all be on hand to discuss the construction updates.
The eight-figure expansion project was approved by voters in 2019, with construction beginning in June 2022. Intended improvements include an expanded lobby, a larger indoor climbing facility, HVAC updates and plumbing work.
A new fee schedule for the facilities will go into effect in 2024.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 23, at noon at Town Hall, 150 E. Pearl Ave.
