JACKSON, Wyo. — Hear from local candidates in this year’s Jackson Town Council race at a general election forum on Thursday, Sept. 19, at the Teton County Library.
Presented by the League of Women Voters of Wyoming, Teton County Library, the Jackson Hole News&Guide, KHOL Radio and Buckrail, these forums provide the opportunity to get to know the people behind the names on the ballot. Candidates will participate in a Q&A moderated by media partners, including questions from the audience.
The event begins at 6 p.m. and is scheduled to run for approximately 90 minutes. Live Spanish translation will be available. The forum will also be videotaped, with a recording available online at TCLib.org after the event.
This will be the first of four general election forums. Mark those calendars to hear from candidates for the Hospital District Board on Sept. 25, the Teton County Board of County Commissioners on Oct. 9 and the School District Board on Oct. 10.
