JACKSON, Wyo. – The Grand Teton Music Festival (GTMF) has announced its 2026-27 year-round events, including two concerts and four Met Opera in HD broadcasts, all presented at the Center for the Arts in Jackson.
Enjoy world-class music with GTMF all year with GTMF’s 2026/27 year-round events. The “world’s most famous” brass group Canadian Brass returns to Jackson Hole on Dec. 15, for a holiday concert celebrating the sounds of the season. On Jan. 20, don’t miss the GTMF debut of the GRAMMY- nominated American Patchwork Quartet, binding timeless American folk songs with jazz, country and West African & East Indian traditions.
This season, the Grand Teton Music Festival presents four Met Opera in HD broadcasts: Mozart’s witty romantic comedy Così fan tutte on Jan. 10, Verdi’s thrilling take on the immortal Shakespearean drama Macbeth on Mar. 14, Puccini’s ode to the Wild West, The Girl of the Golden West on May 23 and Massenet’s passionate French drama Manon on June 6. Canadian Brass: Wonderful Time of the Year

Celebrate the season with “the world’s most famous” brass quintet playing your favorite baroque, classical, jazz and holiday tunes. From Leonard Cohen to Mozart, the Canadian Brass brings their signature sound and festive energy to the Center for the Arts stage in this holiday concert, presented by the Grand Teton Music Festival.

Met Opera in HD: Mozart’s Così fan tutte

Overflowing with gorgeous melody, Mozart’s witty romantic comedy follows two sailors who switch places to test their fiancées’ faithfulness, with hilarious results. Hailed as “colorful, inventive” by The New York Times, Phelim McDermott’s production updates the setting to an amusement park inspired by Coney Island in the 1950s, featuring sword swallowers, fire breathers, contortionists and more.

American Patchwork Quartet

American Patchwork Quartet (APQ), led by multi-GRAMMY® award-winning guitarist/vocalist Clay Ross, binds timeless American folk songs with jazz sophistication, country twang, West African hypnotics and East Asian ornamentation. Their debut album recently earned a GRAMMY® nomination for “Best Folk Album.” Making their Grand Teton Music Festival debut, APQ will transform folk classics like Simple Gifts, This Land is Your Land, Wayfaring Stranger and more with original arrangements that dive deep into America’s patchwork soul.

Met Opera in HD: Verdi’s Macbeth

Verdi’s thrilling take on the immortal Shakespearean drama centers on the doomed Scottish king, haunted by the ghosts of his murderous ascent to the throne, and his power-mad wife, whose ruinous ambition damns them both. Two of opera’s most extraordinary artists, baritone Quinn Kelsey and soprano Lise Davidsen, star as the scheming couple determined to seize power at any cost in a highly anticipated new production by Louisa Proske.

Met Opera in HD: Puccini’s The Girl of the Golden West
Puccini’s exhilarating drama of the Wild West returns in a new staging by celebrated British director Richard Jones, marking the company’s first new production of The Girl of the Golden West (La Fanciulla del West, in the original Italian) in more than 30 years.

Soprano Vida Mikneviciute makes an important Met debut as the larger-than-life Minnie, the tough tavern owner with a heart of gold who finds love when she least expects it. Tenor SeokJong Baek is the dashing bandit who rambles into the remote California mining town to steal her heart, opposite baritone Christopher Maltman as the lawman determined to deliver rough justice — and win Minnie for himself. Maestro Keri-Lynn Wilson takes the podium to conduct one of opera’s most action-packed adventures.

A masterpiece of the French repertoire, Massenet’s passionate drama follows the young Manon on her journey from Parisian glamour to tragic downfall. Superstar soprano Nadine Sierra takes on another alluring French heroine, the irresistible title character of Massenet’s passionate drama, in a stylish staging by director Laurent Pelly.
