SUBLETTE, WYO – A crash on US 191 yesterday morning resulted in serious injuries to three and closed down that stretch of highway for hours.
Two trucks collided head-on. Both drivers, males, were lifeflighted to area hospitals. A third victim, a female passenger, was transported by ground ambulance.
The accident occurred near milepost 126 between Bondurant and Daniel Junction.
According to WYDOT, one vehicle was on fire for a time and the extrication device, ‘jaws of life,’ had to be used to remove one of the drivers from his truck.
Names and conditions of the three have not been released.
