JACKSON, Wyo. — Experience an unforgettable evening of modern American cuisine and exceptional wine at The Kitchen’s upcoming Winter Wine Dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
The evening will feature a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, with each course expertly paired with wine from Kysela Vineyards.
Prepared by The Kitchen’s expert culinary team, the menu includes appetizers like shrimp toast with yuzu aioli, sesame and scallion, followed by four additional courses like salt cured branzino crudo and braised bison short ribs with kimchi aioli, winter pear and mushrooms. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase featured wines at a special 15% discount on the evening of the event.
