TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Teton Village Association is pleased to announce the First Annual Oktoberfest, taking place on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the heart of Teton Village. This new fall tradition will bring the community and visitors together for a full day of Bavarian-inspired festivities set against the stunning backdrop of the Tetons.
The event will feature authentic Oktoberfest entertainment, including live music performances, traditional Bavarian games and contests, and a festive environment reminiscent of Germany’s famed fall celebration. Local and regional beer vendors will beon-site pouring seasonal brews, craft beers, and Oktoberfest-style lagers.
Festivalgoers can enjoy:
- Live music from local bands throughout the day
- Bavarian activities such as stein-holding contests, keg barrel rolling, bratwurst eating contests and more
- Beer garden featuring selections from Wyoming breweries and beyond
- Food vendors serving bratwurst, pretzels, schnitzel and other German specialties
- Family-friendly fun, including kids’ activities and games
“This is an exciting new addition to the Teton Village calendar,” said Meghan Quinn, executive director of the Teton Village Association. “Oktoberfest will be a unique way for the community to celebrate the season with great food, music, and culture.”
General admission is free and open to the public, with an additional fee charged for beer garden entry. For a limited time only, save 20% when you purchase your beer garden ticket in advance. Attendees must be 21 or older to participate in beer tastings and contests. IDs will be checked at entry points to the beer garden area.
