JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton Leadership Center (TLC) Conference saw a strong kick-off this past weekend with over 250 people in attendance.
“I am so proud of the joint venture between Central Wyoming College (CWC) and Silicon Couloir, the Teton Leadership Center. This kickoff summit delivered, in spades, an insightful, inspiring and prestigious slate of speakers that provided guidance on how to better achieve organizational and community success for the triple bottom line,” President Brad Tyndall said.

“The TLC Summit shows what can be accomplished with collaboration and the power of place. Central Wyoming College and Silicon Couloir held a world-class event to provide deep insights into the changing nature of organizational and entrepreneurial leadership. We look forward to continuing this program to benefit people throughout the State of Wyoming,” Silicon Couloir Founder Gary Trauner said.
The first class, Next Level Leadership begins on Friday, Oct. 13. Our ideal participant is anyone interested in strengthening their leadership foundation. The course is organized much like the current Start-Up programs, a beginning weekend, 6 Wednesday evenings and a final weekend.
Cost is $468.00 and the course takes place at CWC in the Center for the Arts.
In addition to this month’s conference events, TLC Community Conversations will be held across complex subjects every other month at the Teton County Library. Their first talk will be on Tuesday, Oct. 24 and is a deeper dive into the findings from the 1,200+ person survey.
