“We know what it takes to build truly affordable homes in Teton County and we have proudly built homes for more than 60 local families since 1995.” Kris Greenville, executive director of Teton Habitat for Humanity said. “We are truly grateful for this year’s sponsors and donors who have already contributed nearly $160,000 to our $375,000 goal. Special thanks to Bank of Jackson Hole, returning as our presenting sponsor. We would also like to thank GE Johnson, Dembergh Construction and Calico for joining our catalyst sponsor circle. We are eager to invite more businesses and individuals to join in sponsoring this event.”
Parkside at Benson-Brown Station will be an 18-unit housing development built in partnership with Teton County and the Jackson/Teton County Housing Department. Parkside will be completed in three phases, with six units in each phase. This project includes a mix of two and three-bedroom units to better address the diverse needs of local families and individuals earning up to 80% AMI.
“The housing crisis in our community is not slowing down, that is why we work every day to bring projects like Parkside and the Grove to life. Each home built signifies hope, sets a local family on a path to financial stability and emotional well-being,” Greenville said.
