JACKSON, Wyo. — A new season of Teton County Library’s evening storytelling competitions begins next week at the Virginian Lodge.
The Cabin Fever Story Slam: Clothing will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 7 p.m.
According to a press release from the Teton County Library, storytellers who wish to compete will throw their names into a bucket upon arrival at the venue. If their names are chosen, they’re charged with telling true, personal, five-minute stories relating the theme “clothing.”
A panel of judges will award prizes to their top three storytellers at the end of the evening.
No story to tell? Audience members can participate by contributing themed mad libs that emcee Jeff Moran will read aloud between stories.
Library programs are free and open to the community.
