JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton County Health Department’s (TCHD) Sexual and Reproductive Health team is hosting a low to no-cost sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec 6.

The event will be held at the at the Teton County Health Department, located at 460 East Pearl Ave.

Appointments are not needed to attend and walk-ins are welcome, but be aware that wait times are possible. Tests will check for common STIs such as HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and hepatitis C.

“If you are sexually active, getting tested for STIs is one of the most important things you can do to protect your health,” the event announcement said.

Those that cannot make the event can schedule appointments during the weekdays by calling (307) 733-6401 and selecting option 4 for nursing services.
