JACKSON, Wyo. — Join Yellowstone-Teton Clean Cities (YTCC) and the Town of Jackson’s Ecosystem Stewardship Administrator Tanya Anderson at the Teton County Library to discuss the basics of the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) amendment and what that means for the future of EV charging in Jackson.
The EVSE was proposed by YTCC and approved by the Town of Jackson on January 17. The amendment aims to support concurrent construction of electric vehicle charging stations at newly constructed workplaces, multi-unit dwellings (MUDs) and residential locations.
There are already a number of Level 2 and DC fast charging station located in and around Jackson Hole, which can be found here. The number of registered electric vehicles in the Town of Jackson has outpaced adoption at the national level.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 20, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ordway Auditorium A in the Teton County Library.
Community members can attend both virtually via Zoom or in person.
