VICTOR, Idaho — The Teton County Idaho Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) is investigating reports of shots fired in Victor in the wee hours of Sunday, April 20.
At approximately 2:25 a.m., TCSO was notified of gunshots heard in downtown Victor, according to a press release from the agency.
“Deputies quickly determined that a Jeep and Subaru had left together and that the shots had come from the Subaru,” the release states. “The vehicle was located in Driggs and the passenger, Jose Facio Garcia, was ultimately taken into custody for attempted aggravated assault and carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence.”
TCSO confirmed to Buckrail that no one was harmed in the incident. No further information was available at press time as the events remain under investigation.
