JACKSON, Wyo. – The Summer Grilling Series lunch this Friday is coming at you straight from Bristol Bay, Alaska. These fish are wild and sustainably caught, to ensure abundance for our future. $5 gets you freshly grilled Sockeye Salmon and strawberry kale salad.
This salmon is as fresh as it gets, and all proceeds from the lunch will go to Slow Food in the Tetons. The organization’s goals are twofold – to connect our community to local food producers and also to increase the amount of food grown locally.
The Summer Grilling Series takes place on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
