JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson encourages all community members to come out on Monday, Feb. 10, to celebrate START bus exceeding 1 million riders in 2024.
The free, public event will take place at START headquarters on 55 Karns Meadow Dr. at 11 a.m.
Town of Jackson Community Engagement Specialist Susan Scarlata told Buckrail that this is the first year since the COVID pandemic that START has reached 1 million riders.
“START would like to thank all of our riders and the entire community for their support,” Scarlata said. “We seek to provide safe, convenient and reliable transportation for residents and visitors alike. We look forward to continuing to build on START’s recent success, providing a meaningful alternative to driving in and around Jackson.”
During the event, there will be light refreshments and the unfurling of a congratulatory banner.
