JACKSON, Wyo. — New stamps from the United States Postal Service are a tribute to Wyoming’s native flora.

The #MountainFlora collection was unveiled at the Jackson post office this morning, March 14.

The stamps were designed by Ethel Kessler, with original art by Lili Arnold. Flowers in the collection include the purple pasqueflower, an orange-red wood lily, a bright yellow alpine buttercup, and a dark pink wood’s rose.

“The Postal Service has long celebrated our nation’s flora through our stamp program,” said Shawn Moore, Post Office Operations manager “As you add these stamps to your collection or use them to send a message to your family and friends — we hope they will inspire in you a renewed appreciation for these beautiful flowers.”
