JACKSON, Wyo. — If you have plans to utilize the Jackson Hole Airport during spring break this year, please prepare for parking to be in high demand and plan your travel accordingly.

Starting Thursday, March 23, through Tuesday, April 11, JAC staff anticipates parking lots reaching capacity based on demand and usage this season. The following are some things to note:

Current parking status

Passengers can utilize the JAC current parking status tracker on the website, which shows real-time parking availability. Please note that parking availability is subject to change during travel to the JAC.

Pricing

Main Lot and Overflow/Employee Lot

  • 1.5 hours or less is FREE
  • 1.5 – 5 hours is $15
  • 5 – 24 hours is $25

Short-Term Lot

  • 1 hour or less is FREE
  • 1 – 2 hours is $10
  • 2 – 3 hours is $30
  • 3 – 4 hours is $60
  • 4 – 5 hours is $100
Accommodating guests

Save some steps

  • Park in the Short-Term Lot located next to the baggage claim exit.
  • The Short-Term Lot is free for one hour or less.

Know a savvy traveler

  • Actively loading or unloading vehicles can use the exterior lanes located in front of the terminal for picking up and dropping off passengers along the curbs.

Taking turns creates space

  • Having a driver stay with the car and ensuring guests are ready for arrival or departure when using the curbside areas is critical for flow of traffic.
  • If extra time is needed, consider driving a loop around the facility or parking in a lot so other vehicles can access the terminal while you wait.

Shuttle safely

  • Through traffic uses the middle lane in front of the terminal. Parking in the middle lane creates gridlock and blocks other drivers from exiting the curb areas.
  • Please yield to pedestrians and avoid parking on designated crosswalks.
  • Empty vehicles left on terminal curbs look suspicious. Safety is our top priority at JAC, and unattended cars may be ticketed and towed to ensure the safety of airport users.
Discount parking program

JAC offers the JAC Discount Parking Program for locals to reduce the 24-hour rate to $17.

  • Please register in advance and allow 72 hours for processing.
  • Discount Program blackout dates include March 23 to April 3.
  • Enrolling in the program also includes receiving a $5 discount Uber/Lyft rides to and from JAC.
  • Using the Taxi Pool program for taxi rides out of the airport can save riders $10 off your fare when you share a ride from the Airport.
