JACKSON, Wyo. — With plans to develop a sit-down eating area, Jackson Hole Marketplace — the South Park-based market, bottle shop and deli — is excited to announce a new menu featuring a selection of made-to-order sandwiches.

New signature options such as “The Badass Pastrami” with 10 ounces of meat on 406 Bakery Rye Bread and “The Rod Father” with roast beef, bacon jam and swiss on ciabatta bread are generously portioned, customizable and available for $10-15. Customers can also build their own sandwiches, hot or cold.

Since Seth Compton came on as the new general manager this spring, he and owner Stephan Abrams have been looking for ways to create more value for South Park families and commuters, in addition to making the store feel like more of a local hangout.

“Between the new menu and the new store layout, Marketplace will be a great spot for families and local businesses to come together and enjoy a good meal,” says Compton. “Our deli has always had a loyal following, and we’ve had nothing but great feedback on the new sandwiches. We wanted to offer something that South Park locals couldn’t find anywhere else. I think we’ve achieved that.”

“I’m so excited to offer badass sandwiches — they make my mouth water each time I think of them. The corned beef and pastrami are my favorite with a cold beer or root beer,” Stephen added.

These new sandwiches are available to order at the deli counter or online via ChowNow for curbside pickup or local delivery. Jackson Hole Marketplace will also be adding new salad options to their deli menu in the coming weeks.
