South, East Entrance Road to YNP closed for winter conditions

Update: 10:45 a.m. South Entrance to West Thumb is now open.

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK, Wyo. — The South Entrance Road and East Entrance Road into Yellowstone National Park are currently closed for winter conditions.  Drivers should expect delays and adverse driving conditions in the area.

Road information can be found on the park website at go.nps.gov/YellRoads. The map on that page, in addition to phone recordings, will be updated as conditions change. For the public road report call (307) 344-2117.
