JACKSON, Wyo. — The National Weather Service’s (NWS) Pocatello Office is forecasting a snowy weekend in Teton Valley and Jackson Hole.

According to the NWS, precipitation is expected through Sunday.

“A cold front will arrive Saturday and we’ll see snow levels fall to around 5,500 feet by Sunday morning,” the NWS wrote via Facebook.

The NWS Riverton office is forecasting rain to become snow past 11 p.m. on Saturday in the Jackson region, with a low around 28°F.

“New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible,” NWS Riverton’s website states as of 3 p.m. on Friday.

Snow showers could continue Sunday morning before noon, with anticipated accumulation estimated at less than one inch, per NWS Riverton. Keep an eye on the forecast here.
