WILSON, Wyo. — Thanks to the efforts of local crews and the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), WY390 (the Village Road) is now safer for both drivers and wildlife.

Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer snapped some photos of the crews working last week.

The work took place as a result of an uptick in moose-related collisions on the Village Road. Crews from VH Builders, Aardvark Excavating, Feuz Excavation and Western States Cat Rental began the project to clear the road on Dec. 4.
