YELLOWSTONE, Wyo. — It’s officially summer in the Northern Hemisphere!

The Jackson Hole Valley enjoyed nearly 15 and a half hours of daylight with last light at about 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, the summer solstice.

Photographer Jacob W. Frank, who shoots for the National Park Service, captured the sunset over Bunsen Peak Trail on Wednesday.

If you also caught the first sunset of summer, send your photos to Buckrail to be featured in a “SNAPPED.”
