ALPINE, Wyo. — Cue Kermit the Frog!
Buckrail photographer Nick Sulzer caught a beautiful sight down at the Palisades Reservoir this week.
The lush greenery on the shores of the reservoir paired with the low-hanging rainclouds make the Wydaho border look more like a tropical rainforest, or the set of “Jurassic Park.”
Buckrail Meteorologist Alan Smith observed that rainfall this month has been extra variable across the region. He noted that Alpine had received about 1.6 inches of rain by July 23.
