JACKSON, Wyo. — The stars aligned last night and the Northern lights, or aurora borealis, were visible over Jackson Hole.

Photographer Rachael Dunlop captured this stunning photo from Grand Teton National Park and another reader, Stephanie Floyd caught the light show from her home in Etna, Wyoming.

The National Weather Service Riverton forecasted the celestial storm at a seven out of nine on the Kp-Index.
