JACKSON, Wyo. — Around 3:40 p.m this afternoon, community members and visitors stood in solidarity along Broadway as fallen soldier Rylee McCollum’s family was escorted through town.

Countless individuals lined the street to honor the fallen marine and his family.

McCollum was one of the 13 U.S service members killed on Aug. 26 at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan. He was a former student of Jackson Hole High School and a graduate of Summit Innovations School in 2019.
