JACKSON, Wyo. — Slow Food in the Tetons has teamed up with The Pride of Bristol Bay to deliver boxes of wild-caught salmon to the Winter People’s Market at The Lodge at Jackson Hole Conference Center (920 West Broadway) on Saturday, March 14. Sign up anytime between now and February 29 to reserve your box of salmon!

“The POBB (Pride of Bristol Bay) spring stock-up is a great opportunity for the landlocked residents of Jackson Hole to stock their freezer with wild protein from the Bristol Bay of Alaska. Summer grilling season is right around the corner!” says Steve Kurin of the Pride of Bristol Bay.

“We are grateful to Steve and his team for providing this opportunity to access very high quality and sustainably harvested protein at an affordable price,” says Scott Steen, Executive Director of Slow Food in the Tetons.

“If you have the space in your freezer (I’m guessing around two square feet), then please consider buying a box and supporting the great work being done by Pride of Bristol Bay!”

Orders can be placed online as follows:

  • Head to the Pride of Bristol Bay website.
  • Go to the “Order Wild Salmon” dropdown and click “Buying Club”.
  • Scroll down to the products and click “Reserve your Portions”.
  • In the variable window, choose “Jackson”

All orders must be placed by February 29. Pick-up will occur from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on March 14 at the Winter People’s Market.
