JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Whole Grocer’s e-commerce team has done a phenomenal job over the past few weeks navigating the COVID-19 pandemic and streamlining their online grocery shopping and curbside pick-up process. As a result, online grocery orders can now be expertly picked, packed and delivered directly to your car in a matter of hours.
“We are very grateful to the community for their support of JWG’s online shopping platform. We appreciate the early adopters who weathered the storm with us and were patient with us as we adjusted to challenges at hand. By doing our part to serve Jackson during the pandemic, we have been able to keep our spirits high and our team is ready for the new way our community is grocery shopping online.” said Bruce Rosenberg, JWG Director of IS and Technology.
Grocery orders for curbside pick-up can be placed HERE. It is easy to register for an account and then finalize your purchase by picking a time that is convenient for you to pick-up at the designated curbside parking spaces. No need to come in store or even leave your vehicle if you prefer, the JWG e-commerce team will even place your online order in your car.
To truly weigh the shift in grocery shopping habits, when the pandemic began, Jackson Whole Grocer went from averaging three online orders per day to being booked 10 days out in a matter of 48 hours! When they were fully booked their team was fulfilling over 60 orders a day. To tackle this challenge, they were able to employ Jacksonites who found themselves out of work due to the pandemic to help fill the sudden influx of online orders. The team is now a well-oiled machine ready to have your order to you in mere hours for same-day grocery pickup.
For in-store shopping, Jackson Whole Grocer continues to maintain safe cleanliness standards with a dedicated sanitizing team and sanitizing schedule to ensure a healthy shopping experience.
