JACKSON, Wyo. — On Saturday, September 7 at 9 a.m., the 28th annual Old Bill’s Fun Run will be held at the Jackson Elementary School field on Willow Street. Registration is now open for the timed 5K, 10K, and Youth 5K. Registration for the timed races closes on Friday, September 6 at 5 p.m. Timed divisions are: Women’s 5K, Men’s 5K, Girls’ 5K (>14 years old), Boys’ 5K (>14 years old), Women’s 10K, and Men’s 10K.

Advance registration is encouraged, however, you may register to walk or run in the untimed Fun Run on Run Day – Saturday, September 7 – from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the big tent at Jackson Elementary School field.

Old Bill’s Fun Run features a 5K and 10K run/walk, as well as a highly competitive Diaper Derby. Winners of each race will receive prize money to donate to their favorite nonprofits. Before and after the run, the community is invited to experience the Nonprofit Village featuring interactive, family-friendly activities hosted by 100+ local nonprofits. 

Thanks to the generosity of Mr. and Mrs. Old Bill, CoChallengers, and Friends of the Match, it’s free to participate in Old Bill’s. To participate fully in Old Bill’s, DONATE to your favorite nonprofits today! 

Old Bill’s t-shirts are available now on the Community Foundation front porch and on Run Day (while supplies last) located at 245 E. Simpson Avenue.

Bib Pickup

Timed runners may pick up their bibs at the Community Foundation (245 East Simpson Avenue) between September 3-6, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Bibs will also be available to pick up on Run Day – September 7 from 8 – 9 a.m. at Jackson Elementary School fields.  

The Old Bill’s Fun Run start and finish line will be located on Willow Street – north of the intersection at Deloney Street.

Only walkers, runners, strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on the course. For safety, other wheeled transport (bicycles, skateboards, etc.) are prohibited. Old Bill’s welcomes dogs that are experienced and comfortable in crowds. Please keep them on a short leash and pick up after them. No other animals are allowed.

10:15 a.m. Race winners announced from MC stage 
10:30 a.m. Diaper Derby (Sign up at Donations & Information Tent by 10 a.m.) 
12:00 p.m. Event ends 

Parking

Free parking is available at the Home Ranch Welcome Center, located at the intersection of Cache Street and Gill Avenue, two blocks northwest of the event.
