JACKSON, Wyo. — The recycling facilities at Teton Village and Spring Gulch will be closed indefinitely beginning Friday, June 7, according to Teton County Integrated Solid Waste & Recycling (ISWR).

The closure is attributed to “staffing constraints at the Recycling Center,” and ISWR says the “recycling cites will reopen as soon as possible.”

In the meantime, recyclers are encouraged to visit the main Recycling Center at 3270 S. Adams Canyon road in town, or make use of these open sites:

  • Rodeo Grounds Parking Lot
  • Recreation Center
  • Albertsons Lot
  • The Aspens
  • Hoback Junction

ISWR asks locals not to abandon recyclables at the Teton Village and Spring Gulch locations while they are out of service.

“We thank the community for their patience and understanding,” ISWR said in a press release. See www.tetoncountywy.gov/recycle for updates.
