JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Here are the arrests in Teton County/Jackson. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Teton County Attorney’s Office.

March 31, 1:49 pm – Death
Older male died in his home. Nothing suspicious. Identified by the Coroner’s Office as Michael James Mague, DOB: 11/2/42.

March 31, 7:50 pm – Theft
A resident reported their satellite dish was missing. It’s not certain it was stolen at this point. It might have been moved by the property owner.

April 1, 2:30 am – Public Intoxication
Gentleman reported to be involved in a physical disturbance in the alley behind the Pink Garter Plaza.  He blew a .158 and was arrested. Investigation into the disturbance continues.

April 1, 4:48 pm – Theft
Money was reported stolen from an employee while at China Town. The case is under investigation.

April 1, 11:06 pm – Drug offense
Drugs were found during the execution of a search warrant. Case remains under investigation.

April 2, 1:33 pm – Domestic Violence
A man struck his girlfriend in the Kmart parking lot and was arrested.

April 2, 9:05 pm – Public Intoxication
Male subject was stumbling down the street and fell. Subject did not know how to get home. Portable breathalyzer registered .288. Subject was arrested and lodged in the jail after being treated by St. Johns for the injury incurred during the fall.
