Q: Who’s open for off-season? A: Rendezvous Bistro is!

JACKSON, WY — Off-season is upon us. Plenty of Jackson residents have their sights on warmer places and are taking a well-deserved break. But for those of us sticking around, it also means dining options are limited.

Luckily, Fine Dining Restaurant Group has restaurants open all off-season and will be offering irresistible dining deals (available now through May 12). One of the restaurants staying open is Rendezvous Bistro. Take advantage of Rendezvous Bistro’s 2-for-$2 entree deal — buy one entree, pay $2 for the second and know your money’s going to a good cause.

Fine Dining will select a different local nonprofit every week and donate the $2 from each second entree. This week’s 2-for-$2 benefactor is the Spread the Love Commission.

Spread the Love Commission helps the homeless and displaced by providing impactful supplies needed today along with love, respect, and condition that can empower them tomorrow. They work hard to help Jackson locals who have been displaced from their housing and partner with volunteers and community organizations to address housing insecurity.

So get out of the house and try The Bistro’s signature favorites like pork adobo, the croque-madame, and the Bistro meatloaf. Or explore some of their newer menu items like goose confit, braised lamb shank, and squash noodles. Check out a full menu here to get your appetite going.

Rendezvous Bistro will be open throughout the off-season, Tuesday – Saturday at 5:30 p.m. And don’t forget their Happy Hour, where drinks are 1/2 off and oysters are $2, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the bar.
