Q: Who’s open for off-season? A: Bin22 is!

JACKSON, WY — For the third edition of “who’s open for off-season,” we tackle a more specific but equally important question: who’s open for lunch?

Bin22 is, and it’s a great spot for lunch with friends, coworkers, or family. The tapas-style plates are perfect for sharing with a table (but you can also eat it all yourself, no one will judge). Enjoy their signature house-pulled mozzarellas, the beloved Spanish salad, house-made meatballs, steamed clams, stuffed dates, charred octopus and more. Chef Luis Hernandez will also be dishing occasional daily specials.

As with all Fine Dining Restaurant Group restaurants this off-season, Bin22 is participating in the 2-for-$2 program. Buy one plate, get the second for $2. The $2 from the second plate will benefit a local nonprofit. This week’s beneficiary is the Teton Regional Land Trust, which works to “conserve working farms and ranches, fish and wildlife habitat, and scenic open spaces in Eastern Idaho for this and future generations.” Bin22’s 2-for-$2 deals apply to lunch only.

Bin22 is also still offering happy hour every evening from 4-6 p.m. Come back after lunch for half off drinks. Bin22 opens for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Monday-Saturday.
